Rules.....
1. Please be aware of other members. This site can contain information of a sensitive nature, and should be treated accordingly. Anyone seen to be hateful towards other memebers, or abusive in anyway, will be warned by the moderators and may be removed from the forum at the moderators discretion. Offensive messages will be removed.
2. Please let other members know if a post you have created is triggering. It is polite to warn people. These abbreviations will inform others of potential triggering content:
RA (Religious Abuse)
PA (Physical Abuse)
SA (Sexual Abuse)
EA (Emotional Abuse)
ED (Eating Disorder)
S/H or S/I (Self-harm or Self-injury)
If you are not sure, please ask a moderator for advice.
3. We cannot accept responsibility for your personal well-being. This is a privately run forum, and we cannot offer legal or medical advice beyond our own experiences. If you feel you need professional advice about something, we may be able to point you in the right direction. If you feel that something on this forum is triggering, it is YOUR responsibility to look after yourself. Please take care.
4. The moderators have the right to remove or edit posts at their discretion. This is a position of trust, and as such if you feel wronged in anyway, please take it to another moderator or to myself and we will do our best to sort out whatever problem may have occured.
5. Treat everybody here with respect. This cannot be emphasised enough. The topics people may talk about can be painful and difficult, so we have a strict policy about inflammatory comments or insulting behaviour.
6. This is not a finite list, and other rules may be added at the administrator's discretion. You will be informed if the rules are edited in anyway.
Now....for anyone who actually read the rules, here's a big hug:
